Energy Consultant

Eco Logic Partners are currently recruiting sales staff to join our existing reputable, growing energy consultancy that has just undergone a full company re-branding based in our head office in Team Valley, Gateshead.
We pride ourselves on looking after our staff and clients like family, ensuring there is a healthy, stable, and competitive working environment.
After several years of continued success and steady growth, we are now looking to recruit an experienced Energy Consultant on a permanent, full-time basis to join our flagship sales team.

What you will be doing:
Full 360 energy sales role
Prospecting for new business through outbound B2B sale calls and marketing
Consulting with decision makers (CEOs, CFOs, MDs, FDs etc) to understand their energy requirements
Consulting, negotiating, and closing energy contracts
Working towards strict weekly and monthly targets
Adhering to company KPIs
Updating the company CRM system
Working as part of a wider sales team, sharing best practice

What we’re looking for:
Previous energy sales experience is essential
Ability to achieve/ exceed sales targets and KPIs
Money motivated and financially driven
Enthusiastic, positive attitude and self-motivated
Punctual, smart appearance, well organised
Team player but with the ability to work independently on your own initiative
Fun, outgoing personality, committed

What we’re offering:
Competitive salary from £25-40k depending on experience
Realistic OTE of £70k+
Uncapped and achievable commission structure
