  • We conduct thorough credit checks to assess the financial stability of your organization.

  • These checks are performed on the correct legal entity, as per your lease or Companies House information.

2. Contract Submission

  • Our goal is to provide you with an exceptional customer experience while adhering to regulatory standards.

  • We ensure that all contract submissions are accurate and complete, ensuring that you are treated fairly.

3. Change of Tenancy (COTs)

  • For Change of Tenancy requests, you are required to provide evidence of lease agreements or business rates.

  • Failure to provide this evidence may lead to delays or rejection of the COT request.

4. Complaints

  • We are a registered member of the Ombudsman Energy Qualifying Dispute Settlement Scheme.

  • Our Complaints Handling Procedure is in place and can be accessed on our website or requested from us directly.
