PV Solar Systems

Solar panels are becoming an ever popular source of generating electricity and the cost of installation have come down by around 40% over the last 2 years, making it even more viable. Thermal Solar Panels

Thermal panels are becoming a good viable alternative over a conventional heating system. Cold water is heated through the panels and then recirculated back into the building. It is possible with a large enough installation to provide up to 100% of the heating requirements during the summer periods and 60% during the winter periods.

Wind Turbines

Wind turbines are not only limited to the open countryside. With turbines ranging from 15kw to 250kw, it is possible to locate them around your business premises.  As with solar, Eco will carry out a survey to ascertain the potential scale of turbine suitable and advise on incomes that can be generated. Biomass

Biomass is an efficient method of producing electricity subject to your business nature. If your business produces a large amount of waste it may be possible to utilise this within a biomass system on site to generate power back into the building. As an alternative, waste materials can be sourced in externally to fuel a biomass system.

Feasibility Assessment

Eco Logic Partners can carry out an initial assessment of your business premises and ascertain the options available by way of renewable solutions. We will then appraise this on a financial basis and provide you with a detailed financial breakdown showing the outlay costs, returns per annum and overall payback period for your investment. We will also highlight any advantages and disadvantages of each solution.

Contract Procurement

Once a renewable solution has been agreed, Eco Logic can now liaise with approved and reputable contractors and suppliers to ensure the most reliable and efficient product is installed into your business. Eco has developed links with a number of partnering companies covering all areas of the renewable market, from wind turbine suppliers to biomass installers, all with approved accreditation and guarantees.

Project Management

Eco Logic Partners can either offer a partial management service or a full turn-key management service. Some micro projects may not require any project management however some larger projects may require planning approval. Eco Logic Partners can liaise with the planning team and other relevant consultants. We can then fully manage the project on site all the way to full operational stage.

Maintenance Service

Renewable products should be maintained on a regular basis to ensure all components and equipment are working to their full efficiency. Products such as solar panels require little maintenance, however wind turbines and biomass will generally require annual maintenance inspections. Eco Logic offer packages that best suit the product and your pocket, optimising the energy produced and utilisation.
